Every year in mid-June the community of Wellsboro celebrates the blooming of our State flower with the annual PA State Laurel Festival. Plans are already underway for the 74th PA State Laurel Festival to be held June 13-21, 2015. The week-long event will include a juried arts and crafts fair, queens pageant, pet parade, children's health fair, and foot races, a gospel sing and several musical concerts, as well as the traditional two-hour Laurel Festival Parade. This is always a great week packed full of fun for the entire family - you are sure to find something for everyone's taste.

Chick'nCone will be one of a bunch of food trucks there on the few last days of the festival!

- "Fourth on the Field" - a three-hour Independence Day carnival-like event featuring the largest fireworks display in Coca-Cola Park history as well as mouth-watering food options from the local and regional food truck community, along with live music and family-friendly entertainment - will take place on Friday, July 4, from 6 to 9 p.m. The special holiday fireworks show will begin promptly at 9 p.m.

"Fourth on the Field" tickets are on sale now for just $6 each and are available by calling (610) 841-PIGS (7447), by visiting the Coca-Cola Park ticket office during normal business hours or by visiting cocacolaparkevents.com. Tickets are limited, so patrons are encouraged to get them in advance. Children 2 and under are free. Parking is $3 per vehicle.

Tickets include exclusive access to the field and dugout areas at Coca-Cola Park, allowing attendees to watch the fireworks show from field or the seating bowl on a first-come, first-serve basis and partake in the great food and festivities being offered.

Food trucks and food stands will be parked along the warning track with a wide array of offerings. A sampling of the food selections that will be available for purchase include Sum Pig Food Truck (www.sumpigfoodtruck.com) out of Philadelphia, Bad Bones Barbeque from Coplay, Kona Ice (http://www.kona-ice.com), The TAZA Truck (www.thetazatruck.com), Fud Truck (https://twitter.com/FudTruk) and Trixie's Treats (www.trixiestruck.com).

Live music provided by students from the School of Rock in Easton and free quad pod rides, an inflatable slide and other inflatable games will provide the entertainment leading up to Coca-Cola Park's biggest fireworks show ever at 9 p.m. Also for children, Tootsie the Clown will provide complimentary face painting and balloon art.

Musikfest may showcase a world of food over 10 days, but Bethlehem showcases a world of great eats all year long. This year, the festival is partnering with several local restaurants in a unique promotion to highlight some of the great dining options in the city. 2015 information coming soon

The York Fair, “America’s First Fair®” is an annual Fair held in September, beginning the first Friday after Labor Day in York, PA. In 2015, the York Fair will be celebrating 250 years since the first York Fair in 1765.

The 2014 York Fair was our first big event at Chick'nCone and we are thrilled to have been invited back to serve our cluckin' amazing foods in 2015!
